How we handle your data

This Privacy Policy explains how MGV (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you use Omnika, a paid B2B SaaS platform for marketplace sellers. MGV is headquartered in Singapore and complies with the Singapore PDPA, Thailand PDPA, and applicable Southeast Asian laws.

Personal Data Collected

• Contact details (name, email, business name)
• Account credentials
• Billing information (processed by Stripe / PayPal)
• Marketplace analytics and operational data
• Usage, log, and device data

Automated Analytics & AI Processing

Omnika uses automated analytics, algorithms, and data processing techniques to analyze marketplace and operational data and generate insights, forecasts, alerts, and recommendations. Omnika does not engage in fully automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

You may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent, or deletion by contacting admin@mgv.digital 

Purpose of Processing

Data is used to provide Omnika, generate analytics and insights, process subscriptions and payments, improve product performance and security, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Disclosure & Cross-Border Transfers

Data may be shared with cloud providers, analytics tools, and payment processors under strict safeguards and may be processed outside your country with PDPA-compliant protections.
