Our Story: Built from Real Experience, Driven by a Shared Vision


MGV was born out of countless working sessions between our three founders — Gelo, Mandy, and Vinod — each bringing over two decades of collective experience in Asia’s fast-evolving e-commerce space.What started as casual conversations quickly turned into a shared realization: small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) were underserved when it came to powerful, affordable ecommerce tools.Mandy, having spent years leading product development for large enterprise retailers, had seen firsthand how fragmented and manual ecommerce operations were for smaller businesses. Time and again, we heard the same frustrations: existing SaaS solutions were either too basic or too expensive, and many merchants resorted to Excel and manual workarounds until they reached over $2M in annual GMV.That was our “aha” moment — the market didn’t need another cookie-cutter tool. It needed a smart, scalable, multi-channel management platform built specifically for SMEs. One that integrated AI-driven workflows to help businesses grow without the burden of building large teams.MGV was created to fill that gap — to empower everyday entrepreneurs with enterprise-grade technology, starting with Southeast Asia and beyond. Mandy Arbilo is a visionary technology leader with over two decades of experience driving commercial excellence and strategic growth across the UK, Australia, and Southeast Asia. As Director of MGV Digital, Mandy leads the company’s mission to empower Southeast Asia’s SMEs with intelligent, scalable solutions that simplify multi-channel commerce. With a strong background in eCommerce, program management, and customer experience, Mandy brings both operational precision and strategic foresight to every initiative. His multicultural upbringing in Australia and professional journey across global markets give him unique insights into consumer behavior, digital trends, and regional market dynamics.

Prior to founding MGV Digital, Mandy spearheaded national eCommerce transformation programs at Cenergy Innovation (Central Digital Office) in Thailand, where he blended innovation with execution to drive results in complex environments. Known for his ability to lead under pressure, Mandy is deeply committed to building high-performing teams, fostering positive workplace culture, and delivering quality outcomes that exceed stakeholder expectations. At MGV Digital, he continues to shape the company’s trajectory with a future-focused mindset and a relentless drive to help businesses grow in the digital economy.


Gelo Torres
COO & Co-founder

Gelo Torres is a seasoned e-commerce and logistics strategist with over a decade of experience launching and scaling ventures across Southeast Asia. As COO and Co-founder of MGV Digital, Gelo brings a hands-on, execution-driven approach to building smart, scalable operations that support regional merchants in today’s complex digital landscape. Gelo’s expertise includes e-commerce store operations, global supply chain management, B2C warehousing and fulfillment having held regional leadership roles in Singapore and founded multiple startups including Better Co International, Armada Brands, and Jelli Tech International Corp. With a proven track record of building organizations from the ground up, he excels in designing efficient processes that drive sustainable growth.

At MGV Digital, Gelo focuses on operational excellence—aligning technology, people, and strategy to help businesses streamline fulfillment, inventory, and marketplace management. His sharp market insight, entrepreneurial spirit, and deep understanding of Southeast Asia’s commerce ecosystem make him a vital force behind the company’s success.

CTO & Co-founder

With over 25 years of experience driving large-scale digital transformation across the US, UK, and Asia, Vinod Pai brings deep expertise in architecting intelligent, scalable system integration solutions. At MGV Digital, he leads the development of our AI-powered platform that simplifies multi-channel commerce for Southeast Asia’s SMEs. A recognized leader in enterprise integration and eCommerce modernization, Vinod’s passion lies in bridging legacy systems with next-gen technology to deliver future-ready solutions. His work at MGV Digital is shaped by a clear mission: to make integration intelligent, affordable, and impactful for growing businesses navigating today’s fragmented digital landscape.

Prior to MGV, Vinod co-founded Catalyzt360, where he helped businesses accelerate with AI, automation, and integration strategies—while also championing inclusive tech leadership through industry-aligned training programs and women-in-tech initiatives. Vinod continues to drive innovation at the intersection of commerce, data, and automation—turning complexity into opportunity for emerging digital enterprises.
